Da ich allerdings den Award kürzlich schon einmal bekommen habe, verzeiht mir, dass ich das Stöckchen nicht erneut weiterreiche, sondern nur zu DIESEM POST verlinke. Eines ist allerdings diesmal anders... auf dem Weg, den dieser Award hinter sich hat, wurden ein paar Fragen dran gehängt.

What is the story behind the name of your blog and nickname?
The name of the blog is a phrase from some softdrink commercial - luckily that commercial was not famous enough to make it sound dull.

What has been your best and worst blogging experience?
The best experiences are when designers get in touch with me to thank me for writing about their work. Anything bad did not happen so far.

What do you think/ want to happen to your blog in 2008?
I want it to grow more and more - we are working on some new features and a new layout, so we will see what will result from that.

Hier die Auswahl von fünf Blogs die mich ans Denken setzen.

1. POSTSECRET
This is not a blog in the usual sense (what is usual anyways). Everyone can send a selfmade postcard to Frank, who started this website. On that postcard people write down their most treasured secret. These confessions make me sad and sometimes laugh - mostly of embarrassment. But also they make me think.

Dies ist kein gewöhnlicher Blog (aber was ist schon gewöhnlich). Jeder kann Frank, der diese Website eingerichtet hat, eine selbstgebastelte Postkarte schicken. Auf dieser Postkarte geben die Menschen dann ihr bestgehütetes Geheimnis preis. Diese Geständnisse machen mal traurig, mal bringen sie mich zum Lachen - allerdings meist vor lauter Peinlichkeit. Aber sie stimmen auch nachdenklich.

2. BOOK BY ITS COVER
They say, reading makes you smarter. So maybe looking at very beautiful books will also help. A little at least.

Es heißt doch lesen bildet. Vielleicht hilft ja auch das einfache Anschauen von wunderschönene Büchern. Ein wenig zumindest.

3. FACES IN PLACES
To discover faces in places you have to slow down in your daily routine. AND it stimulates your fantasy!

Um Gesichter in Dingen zu entdecken muss man sein Tempo mal verlangsamen. Es regt die außerdem Fantasie an!

4.OBSESSIVE CONSUMPTIONS or WHAT DID YOU BUY TODAY?
Actually there is no day I don't buy anything...and I didn't count food.

Eigentlich vergeht kein Tag, and dem ich nichts kaufe. Essen nicht mitgezählt.

5. F&ART
Mahrets blog was the first one I started reading (on a regular base) and I found out about it via this picture at Stil in Berlin. Shortly after I decided to start my own blog.

Mahrets Blog war einer der ersten, den ich anfing (regelmässig) zu lesen. Ich habe Ihren Blog damals über dieses Foto auf Stil in Berlin gefunden. Kurz danach habe ich selber zu bloggen begonnen.

Via siagrafica habe ich someecards entdeckt. Da gibt es tausende von E-cards für alle Gelegenheiten - allerdings nicht mit dem üblichen blabla drauf.

Don't we all say humor is the most important attribute on a man? Many beautiful woman are with, let's say... man that are beautiful from the inside. I rarely see it the other way round - especially in celebrity-lala-land.
